- 1 large pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- Good Foods Avocado Salsa
- Saute peppers and onions together, set aside.
- Crack two eggs into a bowl, whisk together. Add oil or butter to the pan and scramble.
- Add eggs, sauteed peppers and onion into a toasted tortilla and top with Avocado Salsa. Enjoy!
