5 Ingredient Breakfast Tacos

  • 1 large pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 eggs
  • Cilantro
  • Good Foods Avocado Salsa


  1. Saute peppers and onions together, set aside. 
  2. Crack two eggs into a bowl, whisk together. Add oil or butter to the pan and scramble. 
  3. Add eggs, sauteed peppers and onion into a toasted tortilla and top with Avocado Salsa. Enjoy!
