Air Fryer Potato Chips

Servings: 3-4
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: depends on cooking method (10-25 minutes)

Ingredients:

  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 1 large baking potato
  • 1 large purple sweet potato
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Good Foods dips for serving & dipping: Chunky Guacamole, Tzatziki and Buffalo

 

Instructions:

Air Fryer Method: 425°. Air fry for 10-15 minutes.

  1. Using a mandolin slicer, cut potatoes into thin rounds.
  2. Coat both sides of potato slices with olive oil and add to air fryer basket in an even layer. Sprinkle with salt. Air fry in batches at 425 for 10-15 minutes or until crispy.  

Oven Method: Preheat oven to 300°. Line several baking sheets with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
