Air Fryer Potato Chips

Ingredients:
- 1 large sweet potato
- 1 large baking potato
- 1 large purple sweet potato
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Good Foods dips for serving & dipping: Chunky Guacamole, Tzatziki and Buffalo
Instructions:
Air Fryer Method: 425°. Air fry for 10-15 minutes.
- Using a mandolin slicer, cut potatoes into thin rounds.
- Coat both sides of potato slices with olive oil and add to air fryer basket in an even layer. Sprinkle with salt. Air fry in batches at 425 for 10-15 minutes or until crispy.
Oven Method: Preheat oven to 300°. Line several baking sheets with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
