Shredded chicken, avocados, almonds and sweet strawberries combine to make the summer dish you’ve been craving.

Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed, shredded

  • 4 – 2 oz. containers of Good Foods™ Avocado Mash

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

  • ¼ cup almonds, coarsely chopped

  • 1 tsp lime juice, or to taste

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a large bowl combine shredded chicken, avocado mash, strawberries, almonds and lime juice.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
