Avocado Mash Crostinis

  • 1 Baguette (crusty French bread)
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 4-pack Good Foods Avocado Mash
  • 1 Dry Pint Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¼ Cup Sliced Fresh Basil
  • Flaky Sea Salt


  1. Slice the baguette into ¼ to ½” thick slices.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil. Arrange the slices in an even layer the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Repeat with any remaining slices.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of Good Foods Avocado Mash onto each crostini. Top with two tomato halves.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and garnish with fresh basil and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
