BBQ Chicken and Pineapple Skewers

● 1 tbsp olive oil, plus more for brushing grill grates
● 2 lb chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
● 1 pkg Good Foods Tangy BBQ Chip Dip, divided
● 1/4 tsp garlic powder
● 1 (20-oz) can pineapple chunks, drained
● 2 green bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
● Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
● Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish


  1. 1. Soak 8 wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. Heat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush grates with oil.
    2. Toss chicken, olive olive, 1/2 cup Good Foods Tangy BBQ Chip Dip and garlic powder in a large bowl until coated.
    3. Thread skewers with chicken, pineapple and peppers, alternating ingredients evenly.
    4. Grill skewers, flipping occasionally, and brushing with remaining Good Foods Tangy BBQ Chip Dip, until lightly charred and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, about 8-10 minutes. Top with fresh parsley, and serve.
