BBQ Chicken Pizza

● 1 pkg Good Foods Tangy BBQ Chip Dip, plus more for serving
● 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
● 1 lb pizza dough, room temperature
● 1 tbsp olive oil
● 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
● 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
● 1 red onion, thinly sliced
● Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish


  1. 1. Preheat oven to 450°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine Good Foods Tangy BBQ Chip Dip and chicken in a large bowl. Set aside.
    2. On a lightly floured surface, press dough into a 14-inch circle. Place dough round onto prepared baking sheet. Brush dough round with olive oil. Bake until light golden-brown,
    about 4 to 6 minutes.
    3. Top dough evenly with chicken mixture, cheddar, mozzarella and red onion, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
    4. Bake until crust is golden-brown and cheese is melted, about 10 to 15 minutes. Top with parsley. Slice and serve.
  2. **Tip: Substitute store-bought pizza crust for pizza dough! Simply top pizza as directed in step 3 and bake until cheese is melted, about 10 to 15 minutes.**
