Cranberry BBQ Meatballs

Total Time: 10 minutes 


  • 1 pound frozen or prepared meatballs OR see recipe below
  • 1 14 ounce can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup Good Foods Tangy BBQ Chip Dip
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish


    • 1 pound ground chuck
    • ½ cup breadcrumbs
    • ⅓ cup minced onion
    • ¼ cup milk
    • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
    • 1 egg


  1. Prepare the meatballs according to the package instructions OR see instructions below.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cranberry sauce and Tangy BBQ Chip Dip, and whisk to combine. Heat until warm, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the meatballs and gently toss. Heat 2-3 minutes more.
  4. Serve immediately with a garnish of chopped parsley.


Meatball Instructions

    1. Mix the beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, parsley, soy sauce, pepper, and egg.
    2. Shape into ¾” balls.
    3. Arrange on a sheet pan and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
