Creamy Nacho Chicken

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup Good Foods Nacho Cheeze Style Chip Dip
  • 2 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, small diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (use vegan cheese to keep it completely dairy-free)
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Sprinkle with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a medium bowl mix the Nacho Cheeze Style dip, tomatoes, and jalapeno. Pour over the chicken and spread to coat.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese over the chicken.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until internal temperature 165°F is reached. Garnish with parsley.
