Creamy Nacho Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup Good Foods Nacho Cheeze Style Chip Dip
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 jalapeno, small diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (use vegan cheese to keep it completely dairy-free)
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Sprinkle with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a medium bowl mix the Nacho Cheeze Style dip, tomatoes, and jalapeno. Pour over the chicken and spread to coat.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the chicken.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, until internal temperature 165°F is reached. Garnish with parsley.
