Creamy Tomato Salad
- 4 tablespoons of Good Foods Plant Based Cilantro Dip. Use more if you like it creamier.
- 3 large heirloom tomatoes
- Half of medium red onion
- Handful of dill optional
- Salt and pepper
- Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on the large salad plate.
- Slice the onions. Add it to the sliced tomatoes.
- Add 4 tablespoons of Good Foods Cilantro Dip and gently toss to combine.
- Sprinkle with some black pepper, flaky salt and few sprigs of dill and enjoy!
