Roasted Cauliflower

● 1 head cauliflower, trimmed and cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
● 2 tbsp olive oil
● 1/2 tsp kosher salt
● 1/2 tsp chili powder
● 1 pkg Good Foods Tangy BBQ Chip Dip, divided
● 1 pkg Good Foods Chunky Guacamole
● 1/2 cup pickled sliced jalapenos
● Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish


  1. 1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place cauliflower slices on prepared baking sheet. Brush both sides with oil and season with
    salt, pepper and chili powder. Roast for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Brush cauliflower with 1/4 cup Good Foods Tangy BBQ Chip Dip. Continue to roast for 15-20 minutes, until tender and light golden-brown on one side.
    3. Spread remaining Good Foods Tangy BBQ Chip Dip evenly over cauliflower. Top with Good Foods Chunky Guacamole, jalapenos and cilantro. Serve and enjoy.
