Shredded BBQ Pork Sandwich

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
● 4 lb boneless pork butt (Boston butt or pork shoulder, boneless)
● 1 tbsp kosher salt
● 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
● 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth or water
● 2 pkg Good Foods Tangy BBQ Chip Dip
● 8 brioche bun, split and toasted
● 4 cups coleslaw, homemade or store bought
● 2 cups dill pickle chips
● Potato chips, for serving

Instructions:

  1. 1.Place pork butt in a large slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper. Pour 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth or water around the pork butt. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours, until tender.
    2. Shred pork into bite-sized pieces using tines of forks. Toss pork with Good Foods Tangy BBQ Chip Dip until coated.
    3. Top each bottom bun evenly with a layer of coleslaw, pulled pork, pickles and bun lid. Serve with chips and enjoy.
    **Substitute store-bought pulled pork for homemade! It will still be delicious!
