Ingredients
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup pitted black olives
1/2 small red onion, chopped
Chopped fresh dill, for garnish
Directions
- Cut iceberg in half. Cut each halve in half or thirds (depending on how big the head of iceberg is), to create wedges. Place wedges, cut-side-up on serving plates.
- Drizzle with Good Foods Feta Cucumber Tzatziki Dip. Top with tomatoes, olives and red onions. Garnish with dill and serve.
