Ingredients

  • 8 slices white bread, crusts removed

  • 1 pkg Good Foods Avocado Mash

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 5 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and cut into 2-inch pieces

  • 3 leaves iceberg lettuce, cut into 2-inch pieces

  • 2 large plum tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices and quartered

Directions

  • Working in batches, toast bread in a toaster until light golden-brown. Repeat with remaining bread.
  • Cut each slice of bread into 4 squares. Spread Good Foods Avocado Mash evenly over half the bread squares. Spread mayonnaise evenly over remaining bread squares.
  • Top bread squares with Good Foods Avocado Mash evenly with bacon, lettuce, tomato and remaining bread squares, mayonnaise side down.
  • Secure sandwiches with a toothpick. Serve and enjoy.
