Ingredients
2 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken
1 pkg Good Foods Avocado Salsa
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup sour cream, plus more for garnish
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
Directions
- Preheat air-fryer to 375°F. Mix chicken, Good Foods Avocado Salsa, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, sour cream and cheese in a large bowl until combined.
- Divide chicken mixture evenly among tortillas. Wrap each tortilla tightly, tucking in ends to seal. Place chimichangas seam-side-down in air-fryer basket. Cook chimichangas, flipping halfway through, until golden-brown and crisp, about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove chimichangas from air-fryer and let cool. Serve with Good Foods Chunky Guacamole and additional sour cream. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
