Ingredients

  • 6 large flour tortillas

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 pkg Good Foods Chunky Guacamole, for serving

  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds, for garnish

  • 2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese, for garnish

  • Chopped fresh mint, for garnish

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Use a snowflake-shaped cookie cutter to cut about 4-6 snowflakes from each tortilla.
  • Place snowflake cut-outs on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush gently with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with salt mix.
  • Bake, flipping halfway through, until golden-brown and crisp, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Place Good Foods Chunky Guacamole in a serving bowl and garnish with pomegranate seeds, goat cheese and mint. Serve with snowflake chips.
