Ingredients

  • 2 heads cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 2 cups buttermilk

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons paprika

  • 2 teaspoons onion powder

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 2/3 cup buffalo sauce

  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

  • Good Foods Creamy Ranch Dip

  • Sliced Scallions

  • Sesame seeds

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl whisk together the flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Pour in the buttermilk and whisk to combine.
  • Coat each piece of cauliflower in the buttermilk mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 1 hour.
  • Remove from the oven and toss with the buffalo sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions.
  • Serve with Good Foods Creamy Ranch Dip.
