Chicken Fajita Sheet Pan

● 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
● 2 medium red bell pepper, sliced
● 2 medium green bell peppers, sliced
● 1 small red onion, sliced
● 2 tbsp olive oil
● 3 tbsp taco seasoning
● 3 limes, cut into wedges
● Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
● 8 small flour tortilla, lightly charred
● 1 pkg Good Foods Chunky Traditional Guacamole
● 2 limes, cut into wedges


  1. 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss chicken, bell peppers, red onion, olive oil and taco seasoning together in large bowl until coated. Place chicken mixture evenly on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake, flipping chicken and vegetable mixture halfway through, until vegetables are tender and chicken is light golden-brown, about 20-25 minutes.
    2. Top tortillas evenly with chicken mixture. Dollop with Good Foods Chunky Traditional Guacamole. Garnish with cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.
