Ingredients
2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 package Good Foods Cranberry Jalapeno Dairy Spread and Dip
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons store-bought cranberry sauce
1 small jalapeno, thinly sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut each pastry sheet into 6 rectangles. Transfer 6 rectangles to prepared baking sheet. Fill rectangles with roughly 1 tablespoon of Good Foods Cranberry Jalapeno Dairy Spread and Dip, leaving a 1/4-inch border. Place remaining rectangles on top and seal edges with the tines of a fork. Cut 1 small slit at top of each tart, and brush with egg.
- Bake, until edges of tarts are set and lightly golden-brown, about 15-20 minutes. Transfer tarts to a wire rack and let cool completely at room temperature.
- Meanwhile, whisk powdered sugar, cranberry sauce and 1 tablespoon water in a medium bowl until a thick glaze forms. Drizzle glaze evenly over cooled tarts. Garnish each tart with 2 jalapeno slices. Serve and enjoy.
