Dill Pickle Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled

  • 1 cup Good Foods Dill Pickle Chip Dip

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles, plus more for garnish

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill, plus more for garnish

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

  • Carefully slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Arrange egg white halves on a serving platter or tray.
  • Mash egg yolks using a fork until crumbly. Add Good Foods Dill Pickle Chip Dip, mustard, pickles, dill, salt and pepper and mix until combined.
  • Spoon or pipe filling into egg white halves. Top with additional dill pickle slice. Refrigerate deviled eggs for at least 30 minutes, or until chilled. Garnish with additional dill and serve.
