1 (16-oz) bag frozen crinkle cut fries, or seasoned French fries
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1 cup sour cream
1 beefsteak tomato, seeded and chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spread fries in an even layer onto prepared baking sheet. Bake according to package directions.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking up into small crumbles with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Cook for about 8 minutes, until beef is cooked through and begins to brown. Stir in taco seasoning.
- Top fries with cooked ground beef, Good Foods Nacho Cheeze Style Chip Dip, sour cream, tomato and green onions. Serve and enjoy.
