Spinach Artichoke Chicken Ravioli

  •  In a mixer with a lid, combine the flour and salt and pulse until blended
  • Add the water, olive oil and eggs and blend until combined 
  • Pull the dough out of the mixer, wrap in plastic wrap and rest for 1 hour
  • Take the dough and use a pasta maker or roll it out by hand, creating two separate layers 
  • In a medium bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken and Good Foods Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip
  • Use a spoon to create dollops of the mixture and dot along the first layer of pasta, leave spacing in between
  • Brush the edges with water, then lay the second layer of pasta over the first 
  • OPTIONAL:
  • Use a cookie cutter in the shape of a heart to cut the pasta into ravioli or just use a pizza roller or knife.
  • Boil the pasta for 3-4 minutes
  • Serve with grated parmesan and marinara sauce; sprinkle with fresh or dried parsley
