1 (16-oz) bag frozen tater tots
1 cup sour cream
5 strips bacon, cooked and crumbed
chopped chives, for garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and coat a mini-muffin tin with olive oil cooking spray. Place 2 tater tots in each muffin cup. Bake until tender, about 10 minutes. Using a shot glass, press tater tots in each muffin cup to resemble a cup. Continue to bake until tater tots are golden-brown and crisp, about 15 minutes. Carefully remove each tater tot cup from muffin tin.
- Top tater tot cups with a dollop of Good Foods Nacho Cheeze Style Chip Dip and sour cream. Garnish with bacon and chives. Serve and enjoy.
