  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Sprinkle half the cheese evenly over the prepared baking sheet.
  • Arrange the pickle chips in an even layer 1-inch apart. Sprinkle pickles evenly with remaining cheese.
  • Bake until cheese is crisp and lightly browned, about 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes.
  • Cut into squares and serve with Good Foods Dill Pickle Chip Dip.
  • Tip: For a burst of flavor, sprinkle Parmesan with 1 1/2 teaspoons of dried Italian seasoning at the end of step 1.
