1 (8-oz) pkg refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup broccoli, cut into small florets
1 small red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 small yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 small cucumber, finely chopped
1 large carrot, cut into ¼-inch half-moons
Chopped fresh chives, for garnish
Chopped fresh dill, for garnish
Directions
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Unroll crescent dough and press onto a baking sheet or pizza pan, forming a thin crust. Bake until golden-brown, about 9-12 minutes. Allow crust to cool completely.
- Meanwhile, beat cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. Add Good Foods Creamy Ranch Yogurt Dip, salt and pepper, and mix until combined.
- Spread ranch mixture evenly over crust, and top with broccoli, peppers, cucumber and carrots. Garnish with chives and dill. Serve and enjoy.
