Instructions
Prepare the Filling:
- Peel and dice the potatoes, then boil until tender. Drain and lightly mash.
- In a skillet, heat oil and toast cumin seeds until fragrant.
- Add mashed potatoes, peas, cheese, and spices. Cook 3–5 minutes, stirring to combine.
- Let cool completely.
Assemble the Samosas:
- Place a wrapper on a flat surface. Fill with 2–3 tablespoons of the potato mixture.
- Fold into a triangle, sealing edges with flour paste.
- Repeat for all.
Fry:
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry samosas in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels.
Serve:
