Instructions
Caramelized Onion Gruyere Patty Melt:
- Season patties with salt and pepper. Cook on a flat-top or skillet until golden brown, flip and cook to desired doneness. Add 2 slices of Swiss or provolone and let melt.
- Butter one side of each slice of rye bread, then place buttered-side down on a hot griddle.
- Spread Good Foods Caramelized Onion Gruyere Spread onto the interior sides of each slice.
- Place the cheesy beef patty onto one slice of toasted bread.
- Top with the second slice, spread-side in.
- Grill until bread is deeply golden and crisp, flipping as needed.
- Cut in half and serve with fries and a pickle.
