Instructions
For The Wings:
- Pat wings dry and season with salt and pepper. Toss in a mix of cornstarch and flour until evenly coated.
- Heat oil to 325°F Fry wings in batches for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and let rest 10 minutes.
- Raise oil temp to 375°F, then fry wings again until deep golden and extra crispy, 2–3 more minutes.
- While still hot, toss wings in a large bowl with Good Foods Strawberry Habanero Sauce until well coated.
Plate & Serve:
- Plate wings and top with diced strawberries and crispy garlic chips.
- Serve with ranch dressing on the side.
