Instructions
For Buffalo Cauliflower Wings:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl whisk together the flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Pour in the buttermilk and whisk to combine.
- Coat each piece of cauliflower in the buttermilk mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven and toss with the buffalo sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions.
