Instructions

For Buffalo Cauliflower Wings:
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl whisk together the flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Pour in the buttermilk and whisk to combine.
  4. Coat each piece of cauliflower in the buttermilk mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 1 hour.
  5. Remove from the oven and toss with the buffalo sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions.
