Meal Prep Three Ways:
  1. For avocado jar salad: Spoon vinaigrette into bottom of 4 large canning jars. Layer with sliced beans, cabbage, lettuce, tomatoes, corn and queso fresco. Cover tightly with lid and keep refrigerated for up to 2 to 3 days. Serve with Good Foods Organic Avocado Mash and enjoy.
  2. For burger bowl meal prep: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking up into small crumbles with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Cook for about 8 minutes, until beef is cooked through and begins to brown. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Divide beef, lettuce and tomatoes evenly among 4 air-tight containers or meal prep containers. Top with cheese and pickle chips. Cover with lid and keep refrigerated for up to 3 to 4 days. Serve with Good Foods Organic Avocado Mash and enjoy.
  4. Build-your-own lunch box: Tightly roll each slice of ham into a log.
