Avocado Green Goddess Breakfast Panini
This warm and satisfying Green Goddess Breakfast Panini layers melty cheese, savory turkey, crispy bacon, and perfectly cooked eggs with a generous spread of our Avocado Green Goddess Dip. Crispy on the outside and irresistibly creamy inside, it’s a quick, crave‑worthy breakfast (or brunch!) that feels indulgent yet fresh.

Instructions
Avocado Green Goddess Breakfast Panini:
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add eggs and sprinkle with salt and pepper, cook until bottoms are just set, about 3 minutes. Flip eggs, and cook until whites are set and yolk is still slightly runny, about 1-2 additional minutes. Top eggs with cheese slices and remove from heat.
- Preheat a panini press. Lightly butter one side of each slice of sourdough.
- On unbuttered sides, spread a generous layer of Good Foods Avocado Green Goddess Dip. Layer with turkey, bacon and eggs. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered sides facing out.
- Place sandwiches onto panini press, and close press. Cook until bread is golden and crisp and turkey is warm, about 3-5 minutes.
- Slice sandwiches in half and serve warm.
