Instructions
For The Fajitas:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Toss chicken, bell peppers, red onion, olive oil and taco seasoning together in large bowl until coated.
- Place chicken mixture evenly on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake, flipping chicken and vegetable mixture halfway through, until vegetables are tender and chicken is light golden-brown, about 20-25 minutes.
- Top tortillas evenly with chicken mixture.
- Dollop with Good Foods Chunky Traditional Guacamole.
- Garnish with cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.
