Instructions

For The Fajitas:
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss chicken, bell peppers, red onion, olive oil and taco seasoning together in large bowl until coated.
  3. Place chicken mixture evenly on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake, flipping chicken and vegetable mixture halfway through, until vegetables are tender and chicken is light golden-brown, about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Top tortillas evenly with chicken mixture.
  5. Dollop with Good Foods Chunky Traditional Guacamole.
  6. Garnish with cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.
