Instructions

Prepare The Steak:
  1. Prepare steak by cutting into strips.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp avocado oil.
  3. Add your steak and cook for 2 minutes per side, or until slightly browned.
  4. Take off heat and set aside in bowl.
Prepare The Onions & Peppers:
  1. Prepare onions and peppers by cutting into strips.
  2. Heat remaining 2 tbsp of avocado oil over medium heat.
  3. Add your onions and peppers.
  4. Add your spices into the onions and peppers and let cook for about 8-10 minutes or until fork tender.
Combine & Serve:
  1. Turn off heat, add steak back in, and stir until well combined.
  2. Add steak and peppers to tortillas, with layers of Good Foods Southwest Guacamole, Greek yogurt, and cilantro.
  3. Enjoy!

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 8 corn tortillas
