Instructions

For The Greek Wedge Salad:
  1. Cut iceberg in half.
  2. Cut each halve in half or thirds (depending on how big the head of iceberg is), to create wedges.
  3. Place wedges, cut-side-up on serving plates.

  5. Top with tomatoes, olives and red onions. Garnish with dill and serve.
