Instructions
For The Greek Wedge Salad:
- Cut iceberg in half.
- Cut each halve in half or thirds (depending on how big the head of iceberg is), to create wedges.
- Place wedges, cut-side-up on serving plates.
- Drizzle with Good Foods Feta Cucumber Tzatziki Dip.
- Top with tomatoes, olives and red onions. Garnish with dill and serve.
