Instructions

Easy Steak Shawarma:
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shaved steak, and sprinkle with cumin, paprika, garlic powder, coriander, salt, pepper and turmeric.
  2. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the steak is browned and cooked through, about 4-6 minutes.
  3. Top each pita with steak, shredded cabbage, red onion, cucumber and tomato.
  4. Drizzle generously Good Foods Feta Cucumber Dip and garnish with cilantro and serve.
