1, 12-inch pre-made pizza crust, store-bought or homemade
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Place pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Combine Good Foods Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip with spinach and 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella.
- Spread mixture evenly over crust, leaving a small border around edges.
- Top evenly with artichoke hearts and remaining mozzarella.
- Bake until the cheese is melted and golden-brown, about 10-15 minutes. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
