Instructions
For The Chicken Fajitas:
- Toss chicken and 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning in a large bowl until coated.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Working in batches if necessary, add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally until light golden-brown and fully cooked, about 3-5 minutes.
- Transfer to plate and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the peppers, onions and remaining fajita seasoning and cook until vegetables are tender and light golden-brown, about 3-5 minutes.
- Return chicken to pan and stir to combine.
- Top tortillas with chicken and vegetable mixture.
- Dollop with Good Foods Chunky Guacamole and garnish with cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges and enjoy.
