Instructions

For The Chicken Fajitas:
  1. Toss chicken and 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning in a large bowl until coated.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Working in batches if necessary, add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally until light golden-brown and fully cooked, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Transfer to plate and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the peppers, onions and remaining fajita seasoning and cook until vegetables are tender and light golden-brown, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to pan and stir to combine.
  7. Top tortillas with chicken and vegetable mixture.
  8. Dollop with Good Foods Chunky Guacamole and garnish with cilantro.
  9. Serve with lime wedges and enjoy.
