Instructions
For The Taco Pockets:
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F and coat basket with nonstick cooking spray.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook, breaking up into small crumbles with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Cook for about 8 minutes, until beef is cooked through and begins to brown.
- Stir in taco seasoning and remove from heat.
- Cut each pastry sheet into 6 rectangles. Transfer 6 rectangles to prepared baking sheet.
- Fill rectangles with a heaping tablespoon of beef mixture and a few teaspoons of cheese, leaving a 1/4-inch border.
- Place remaining rectangles on top and seal edges with the tines of a fork. Cut 1 small slit at top of each tart, and brush with egg.
- Working in batches, place 2-3 hot pockets in air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden-brown and puffed. Repeat with remaining hot pockets.
- Serve with Good Foods Chunky Guacamole and enjoy.
