Instructions
For The Lettuce Wraps:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground turkey and onion, and cook, breaking up into small crumbles with a wooden spoon as it cooks.
- Cook for about 8 minutes, until turkey is cooked through and begins to brown.
- Stir in taco seasoning.
- Layer cooked turkey, cheese, Pico de Gallo and cilantro in lettuce leaves.
- Top with Good Foods Chunky Traditional Guacamole and serve.
