Sweet Potato Foil Packets
Whether you’re grilling in the backyard or cooking over a cozy campfire, these Sweet Potato Packets are a fun and flavorful way to enjoy a hearty, hands-off meal.

Instructions
For Sweet Potato Foil Packets:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat or prepare a campfire using wood.
- Combine potatoes, oil, salt, chili powder and pepper in a large bowl and toss to coat.
- Divide potato mixture evenly among 4 large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Bring edges of foil together, folding to seal tightly.
- Place foil packs on grill and close grill lid. If cooking over a campfi re, place packs directly over coals.
- Cook, shaking packs occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 20-30 minutes.
- Carefully open packs and sprinkle with cheese. Top with lettuce, onion and bacon.
- Dollop with Good Foods Chunky Traditional Guacamole and sour cream.
- Serve and enjoy!
