Christmas Tree Guacamole Deviled Eggs

Instructions
Christmas Tree Guacamole Deviled Eggs:
- Using a 1/2-inch star-shaped cookie cutter, or paring knife cut yellow bell pepper into 12 stars. Cut red bell pepper into 1/8-inch squares.
- Slice eggs in half widthwise. Trim a small piece off the rounded ends so each half sits fl at. Remove egg yolks. Transfer egg yolks, Good Foods Chunky Guacamole, mayonnaise and salt to a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer fi lling to a piping bag fi tted with a large star attachment.
- Pipe egg yolk mixture into egg whites to resemble a christmas tree. Place yellow bell stars on top of each deviled egg and decorate with red bell pepper squares to resemble ornaments on a Christmas tree. Garnish with Parmesan to resemble snow. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
