Instructions
Breakfast Flatbread:
- Heat the oven or air fryer to 350. Bake or air fry the flatbread for 3-5 minutes, to toast.
- Meanwhile, spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Turn the heat to medium-low and fry or scramble the eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- When the eggs are cooked and the flatbread is toasted, assemble. Spread the Good Foods Avocado Mash Singles on the flatbread. Top with the eggs and a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning. Cut into slices and serve.
