Spicy Tzatziki Gyro Bowl:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Toss chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper until evenly coated.
- Add seasoned chicken to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden-brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Divide lettuce evenly among serving bowls. Top with cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, chicken and toasted pita pieces. Drizzle generously with Good Foods Spicy Tzatziki Dip.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
