Instructions
Easy Steak Shawarma:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shaved steak, and sprinkle with cumin, paprika, garlic powder, coriander, salt, pepper and turmeric.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the steak is browned and cooked through, about 4-6 minutes.
- Top each pita with steak, shredded cabbage, red onion, cucumber and tomato.
- Drizzle generously Good Foods Feta Cucumber Dip and garnish with cilantro and serve.
Pro Tip:
For the most tender results, make sure your skillet is fully preheated before adding the shaved steak, and avoid overcrowding the pan — cook in batches if needed to get a nice sear rather than steaming the meat.
