I’ve been with company a long time and have learned so much about food manufacturing and our processes. I’ve learned what it takes to make a good product. Things I was not aware of like food allergens. Leaders and supervisors are very helpful and there to support you. I know I can turn to my leaders with a question and if they don’t know the answer they will find out for me. The working environment is great. I like my co-workers and everyone is very helpful. We all work well together as a team.

My name is Ashton Lundskow. I am a Raw Material Buyer at Good Foods. I have been with Good Foods about 3.5 months now. I came over to Good Foods because I saw opportunities for myself to grow with a company that is still growing itself. There is a level of transparency among the departments, it makes you feel like you are really a part of one big team rather than just your department. It also helps that dips are one of the best guilty pleasures in my life but our dips are healthy and made with premium ingredients, I should know, I buy them.

Hello, my name is Patricia Gomez, I have been working at Good foods for 6 years, 5 for the company and 1 for the excel office. I love my job because it has given me the opportunity to grow. I started as a general worker, then as a line runner, and now I am currently a lead in main production, I’m also certified in black belt, I have always felt the support of all the people who are in higher positions, thanks to the owner of Goods foods Mr. Kurt Pen and all the people of good foods for their support that has been given to me.

My name is Gilberto Villalba I have worked for good foods for 14 years I started to do general labor then I was a supervisor in production then I move to do inventory and work with Chef Stephen and I became part of the R&D Team. I love to work at Good Foods because I enjoy doing recipes and experience in each of one of them that we create.
