Buffalo Chicken Pizza Sticks
Ingredients
1 prepared pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
2–3 green onions, thinly sliced
Olive oil (for brushing)
Directions
- Preheat oven: 425°F (220°C).
- Prep dough: Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle or circle. Transfer to a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Spread dip: Evenly spread the Good Foods Buffalo Style Chicken Dip over the dough, leaving about ½ inch around the edges.
- Top with cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dip.
- Bake: Place in oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Finish: Immediately sprinkle crumbled blue cheese and green onions on top while hot.
- Slice & serve: Cut into sticks or squares. Serve warm.
