1 egg
2 tablespoons Good Foods Creamy Cheddar Jalapeño with Uncured Bacon Dip
3 tomato slices
1-2 strips cooked bacon
Handful microgreens
Directions
- Slice the bagel in half and toast.
- Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium heat. Spray generously with cooking spray. Add the egg and fry for 5 minutes, flipping if desired.
- Assemble the sandwich. Spread the bottom half of the bagel with Good Foods Creamy Cheddar Jalapeño with Uncured Bacon Dip. Add the tomato slices, bacon, and egg. Top with fresh microgreens and the top bun.
