Avocado Mash Egg Salad:
- Roughly chop eggs. Combine eggs, Good Foods Avocado Mash, mayonnaise and parsley together in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Top toast with egg salad, and garnish with additional parsley. Serve and enjoy.
