Breakfast Flatbread:
  1. Heat the oven or air fryer to 350. Bake or air fry the flatbread for 3-5 minutes, to toast.
  2. Meanwhile, spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Turn the heat to medium-low and fry or scramble the eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
