Cheddar Jalapeño Chicken Sandwich

Instructions
Fry The Chicken:
- Add the oil to a large, deep skillet. Turn to medium heat and allow to heat to 350°F.
- Place the flour, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper in a shallow bowl. In a second shallow bowl mix the egg and hot sauce. In a third shallow bowl mix the breadcrumbs with the remaining salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- When the oil is heated fry each piece of chicken individually for 3-5 minutes per side until internal temperature 165°F is reached. Set aside on a paper towel lined plate to drain.
Assemble The Sandwiches:
- Place lettuce, tomato, and onion on the bottom bun.
- Add a chicken breast and top generously with Good Foods Creamy Cheddar Jalapeño with Uncured Bacon Dip.
- Finish with the top bun.
