Instructions

Feta Jalapeño Grilled Chicken:
  1. Place the garlic, limes, and jalapeños in a large zip top bag. Use the palm of your hand to smash the ingredients, to release the juices.
  2. Add the chicken, Good Foods Feta Jalapeño Dip, oil, salt, and cumin. Massage the marinade into the chicken. Place in the refrigerator to marinade for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
  3. When ready to cook, heat the grill or griddle pan to medium heat, brush the grates with olive oil. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve with fresh cilantro, a drizzle of lime juice, and dollops of Good Foods Feta Jalapeño Dip.
